What is FlexiPagos?

FlexiPagos FlexiPagos is our financing plan for domestic and international airline tickets, available for reservations made through www.aviorair.com, It gives you the freedom to plan your flight now and pay in fixed installments. Easy and simple!

What do I need to register? Do I need to send any documentation?

You only need to have an active account and/or user profile on www.aviorair.com

How can I purchase tickets with FlexiPagos?

  • flecha ruta, fecha y número de pasajeros. FlexiPagos sólo aplica para vuelos programados con al menos 45 días de antelación a la fecha estimada de viaje.
  • flecha Choose the fare of your preference.
  • flecha Enter personal details in the reservation. The financing applicant must be one of the passengers.

How does FlexiPagos work?

  • flecha When you select FlexiPagos
    • The initial payment corresponds to 50% of the ticket(s) cost and is paid at the time of booking.
    • The financing plan covers the remaining amount, divided into three (3) installments every fifteen (15) days.
    • Specific conditions regarding installment due dates, delays, and/or administrative charges will be provided before confirming your purchase and sent to your email.

How many airline tickets can I purchase with FlexiPagos?

You can purchase up to 9 airline tickets in a single payment plan, subject to availability on the selected flight.

How many FlexiPagos plans can I have active?

FlexiPagos allows you to have up to 2 active financing plans simultaneously.

Can I book for another person?

Only the person registered on www.aviorair.com can add passengers during the booking process. The financing applicant must be one of the passengers.

Can I transfer the ticket during or after payment?

Tickets are non-transferable, both during the financing period and after it has ended.

How can I check my installment dates?

Just log in to your profile on www.aviorair.com, where you will find all details of your active reservations with FlexiPagos: pending installments and completed payments.

I paid for a trip financed by FlexiPagos. Can I travel before completing all installments?

  • flecha No. For domestic destinations, the total payment is completed 72 hours before the flight.
  • flecha For international routes, payment must be completed seven (7) days prior to departure.

Can I pay installments in advance or settle the total financed amount?

Yes. You can pay installments in advance or settle the total debt at any time before the due date without additional charges.

What happens after I pay the last FlexiPagos installment?

You will automatically receive a confirmation email with your ticket issuance.

What should I do if I don’t receive my ticket(s)?

Can I change my travel date if I haven’t paid all installments?

You can only modify your reservation after ticket issuance, which requires full payment of all agreed installments. While the financing plan is active (with pending installments), changes cannot be made. Changes are subject to penalties and fare differences according to the benefits of the purchased fare family.

Can I cancel a purchase made with FlexiPagos?

No. The service cannot be revoked or suspended. If the passenger decides not to travel, refund policies for the selected fare and additional administrative charges may apply.

What happens if I’m late with my installment payments?

In case of delay, the financing and ticket(s) will be suspended. To reactivate, additional administrative charges will apply.

What happens if I fail to pay the total financing amount?

If you fail to comply with the agreed payments, you will not be able to take the scheduled flight, and date changes will be subject to the conditions of the available fare.

How is seat assignment handled?

  • flecha With FlexiPagos, you can add your preferred seat to your reservation. Any additional cost will be automatically added to the total financed amount.
  • flecha If you forgot to select a seat during booking, you can do so during web check-in 48 hours before your flight.

Do tickets purchased with FlexiPagos earn miles and are credited to my Avior Plus membership?

Yes, miles will be automatically credited as long as you entered your Customer ID when making the reservation. You can also provide your membership number during airport check-in. After the trip, miles cannot be credited retroactively.

FlexiPagos does not appear as a payment method. What should I do?

It is likely that the service is not available for the requested flight. FlexiPagos only applies to flights scheduled at least 45 days before the estimated travel date.
